We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. All orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping for lingerie orders takes on average 7 - 10 days. Standard shipping for clothing and shoe orders takes on average 10-15 days. (Lingerie orders will typically ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Clothing/shoe orders will typically ship from our warehouse in 7-15 business days.) We also offer several premium shipping options: FedEx Express (for lingerie orders only) - 4-6 business days from day shipped - $16.95 International Express Delievery (for orders outside the U.S.A.) - 2-5 business days from day shipped - $30.00 International Orders There is an additional $14 charge for International orders. All International orders are shipped USPS Express International Mail, unless another service is requested. All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent USPS Priority Mail. There are no additional fees. Sales Tax We charge NO SALES TAX for orders shipped outside of California. We charge required local and state taxes for California. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system. Backorders and out of stock merchandise Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled within 7 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to our e-mail notification, we will consider your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment of the backorder items via e-mail. Return Policy Due to the intimate nature of our products, no returns will be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted if there is a manufacturer defect or there has been an error in shipment. If there is an exchange, it will be shipped at no additional cost. *NOTICE: Be weary of merchants who accept returns of intimate or exotic apparel. To be confident in goods of this nature, only deal with merchants who follow the upmost sanitary precautions and do not accept retuns of this type of product. Damaged Shipments For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. 1SexyNight.com makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy.
